For Peter Oliver, developing quality, well-located commercial real estate projects is a way to better the Treasure Valley and find personal fulfillment. From 1992-2004, Peter was a successful professional and co-founder of Idaho's largest commercial real estate brokerage and management company, Thornton Oliver Keller. At that time, the lure of development was satisfied through Peter's brokerage practice where he represented some of the most innovative and prominent projects and clients in the valley. In 2004, Peter became a partner in Brighton Corporation, with a goal to expand and advance the office, industrial and flex portfolios. Today, Peter's marketing proficiency, discipline and business savvy have made him one of the area's most sought-after real estate professionals.

After graduating from the University of San Diego in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics, Peter joined CB Richard Ellis in San Diego. Training under Brett White, current President and CEO of CB Richard Ellis, Peter honed his real estate skills by focusing on office and flex brokerage specialties while earning the distinction of being named Rookie of the Region in 1991. He also retains his membership in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) as well as the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Peter is a tireless visionary who has worked with several large, inspired projects in Boise, including Boise Research Center, the area's most celebrated high-tech business park. This 160-acre project has grown from three buildings and 220,000 sq. ft. to thirty buildings and 1.5 million sq. ft. since inception. A commitment to business strategies combining disciplined action and innovative methodologies have allowed Peter to work with tenants, developers and brokers on a variety of the area's largest projects.

Peter resides in Boise with his wife, Julie, and four sons, Cole, Clay, Peter Jr. and Todd. He enjoys the extensive outdoor opportunities that Idaho has to offer including mountain biking, skiing and golf.
