A multi-faceted and cooperative project, the Boise Research Center (BRC) brought 1.5 million square feet of offices, shopping and amenities to West Boise. Andrus Elementary School. Also incorporated into this mixed-use community is the Target-anchored shopping center. Overall, Boise Research Center is a $250 million project with a diverse range of tenants.
