Boise Research Center

A multi-faceted and cooperative project, the Boise Research Center (BRC) brought 1.5 million square feet of offices, shopping and amenities to West Boise. The development was the first true planned business park in the Treasure Valley and is situated adjacent to Brighton's Hobble Creek neighborhood, the West Boise YMCA Aquatic Center, the 20-acre Hobble Creek Community Park, Target, and the Cecil D. Andrus Elementary School. The Boise Research Center is a $250 million project with a diverse range of tenants. 

C. W. Moore Plaza,

Upon completion in 1999, the C.W. Moore building quickly became a landmark on the Boise skyline. Nine stories and more than 100,000 square feet provide versatile office space, common meeting areas and a public park. The ninth floor features an open-air veranda with breathtaking views of the valley - a popular setting for events. CSHQA Architects, NNU Boise and the Boise Chamber of Commerce all reside here. Idaho Independent Bank

The IIB Building includes six floors with more than 80,000 square feet of office space. Marquis tenants include Microsoft and Idaho Independent Bank. The building incorporates energy-efficient measures such as a geothermal water heating system. The intersection of 5th and Front Streets saw the most traffic accidents of any intersection in Boise, and 4th Street was closed to traffic, posing a potential access problem. Working with the Ada County Highway District, Brighton helped fund a new traffic signal at 5th and Front and opened 4th Street.
