This eastern gateway to Boise, located above the Boise River in the desirable Barber Valley includes 240 homesites. The community is scheduled to open in spring 2010 with new homes offered exclusively by Brighton Homes. The first phase, located near the Idaho Shakespeare Festival, Riverstone International School and the new East Jr. High School, comprises 45 homesites and various common area amenities on 14.5 acres. The River Heights Community Center is designed for one acre centrally located in the first phase, and includes gathering and events space, a fitness center, an outdoor pool and playground, all slated for completion in 2010. Future phases will be released upon demand.
Home designs and neighborhood information will be available in mid-January, 2010. Home prices are estimated from the upper $200’s to $500’s.
